Problem
You are unable to start the DB2 instances in the Intelligent Operations Center High Availability edition.
Symptom
You are unable to start the DB2 instances in the IBM Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) High Availability (HA) edition using either the IOCControl tool or using the native DB2 commands. The attempt to start DB2 does not complete or fails with a system error.
