New folder disappears when saving a report in Cognos Analytics 11.0 when using IE11

Troubleshooting


Problem

In Cognos Analytics 11.0 when using IE11, I open a report, do a Save As,and use the create a new folder icon, name the folder and hit enter. The folder then disappears.
