Troubleshooting
Problem
Displaying the Map Chart Items view in IBM i2 Analyst's Notebook Connector for Esri fails to display the 'Connect' button. The user is unable to connect to the Esri server and perform any functions.
Symptom
New Connection and Delete Connection (greyed out) are the only buttons that are available on the Map Chart Items pane. The Connect button is completely missing.

Cause
Windows Display setting is at 150%
Diagnosing The Problem
Windows Display settings other than 100% can cause missing features and the application to flash
Resolving The Problem
In Control Panel: Select Appearance and Personalization, then Display and modify the settings to 100%
