Error description

• Customer performs a PRINT DIRECTORY TYPE=60 in batch mode and
  it result in an ABENDU0003 in DSXSABN0 with MSGNDM1500T and
  MSGNDM2653T RC4 CC8 .
  It works fine with GIX.

Problem summary

  *                      for Microcode resource, an              *
  *                      user abend 24-1 occurred.               *
  *                      The browse of the same directory        *
  *                      data via GIX is allowable.              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *
  ****************************************************************
  Requiring a Print Directory Data of a Microcode resource
  via MAINTDAT Batch Utility an user abend 24-1 was occurred,
  the same operation is allowable via GIX.
  The problem is due to some fields that are initialized with
  blanks but are defined as fixed. This happens when the
  resources are Retrieved from the nodes, but not when are
  Loaded via MAINTDAT Batch Utility.
  

Problem conclusion

• No change is done on the recorded data for the resources
  present in the Holding File data set, when the a Print
  Directory is required for those fields where the value is
  BLANK BUT ARE DEFINED AS FIXED, THE VALUE IS INTERPRETED TO
  ALLOW THE REPORT.
