Error description

• Abstract:
  Attempts to open features dialog box by right clicking on the
  model element sub menu fails.
  
  Error Description:
  If you Right click on the model element to invoke its sub menu
  and then again right click on it to open the features dialog box
  does nothing on Red Hat Linux KDE desktop sessions
  
  WORKAROUND:
  There is no known workaround at this time.
