Problem
When using the IBM Enterprise Records plugin with IBM Content Navigator ,users are unable to access IBM Enterprise Records desktops.This error appears in the Websphere system out log. 000000b2 SystemOut O CIWEB Error: [unknown(unknown) @] [REQUEST 94] com.ibm.ecm.mediator.DesktopMediator.writeJSONResponse() java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "" at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(NumberFormatException.java:59) at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:481)
