  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Message EZD1858I is issued too late                          *
  * to stop a storage resource shortage                          *
  * when reading large spool files with                          *
  * many mail messages and or large mail                         *
  * messages.   Mail messages are                                *
  * discarded when the amount of storage                         *
  * available has become critical.                               *

  Automation for messages EZD1858I and EZD1859I cannot react
  quickly enough to issue commands to suspend and resume mail
  message processing.

Problem conclusion

• CSSMTP is amended to check the storage resource after each
  completed message.  If storage is constrained message
  EZD1858I is issued and mail processing is automatically
  suspended.  Once the storage constrained is relieved
  message EZD1859I is issued and the reading of mail
  messages from the spool resumes.
  
  The MODIFY jobname,SUSPEND and MODIFY jobname,RESUME are
  still supported.
  
  The response to the command MODIFY jobname,SPOOLSTATUS now
  includes a new task status: WAITS.  The JES spool task is
  waiting for storage.
