Error description

• HP Load job gets ABEND0C4 in HPSRIOSA when the DBDS is not
  managed by SMS and the DD statement for the DBDS is specified in
  the HP Load step with DISP=(NEW,CATLG) or DISP=(,CATLG), and at
  least one of the following conditions is met:
  - HPIO is invoked
  - SORTHIDAM=YES is specified
  - DFSURWF1 data set is allocated dynamically and WF1SPACE
  statement is not specified.

  HP Load  job gets ABEND0C4 in HPSRIOSA when the DBDS is not
  managed by SMS and the DD statement for the DBDS is specified
  in HP Load step with DISP=(NEW,CATLG) or DISP=(,CATLG), and
  at least one of the following conditions are met:
   - HPIO is invoked
   - SORTHIDAM=YES is specified
   - DFSURWF1 data set is allocated dynamically and WF1SPACE
     statement is not specified
  In these cases, HP Load attempts to get information of DBDS via
  TIOT. However, the address of TIOT entry is incorrectly passed
  to subsequent process and this causes ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to pass the address of TIOT entry to
  subsequent process correctly.
