• Using Firefox, when "Freeze Column (or Row) Headings" is
  selected, word wrapping property is lost.??The white space style
  if not set is being set to no wrap.
  

Local fix

• Open the report in Report Studio and set the White Space propert
  y to Normal at the Crosstab Rows and Crosstab Columns level and
  save report
