Description of problem:
When you try to open some activity diagrams the opening fails
with the following error message:

java.lang.ClassCastException:
org.eclipse.uml2.uml.internal.impl.ActivityImpl incompatible
with org.eclipse.uml2.uml.ActivityEdge
[...]


Steps to reproduce:
Try to open an affected diagram

Workaround:
There is currently no workaround.
