Problem

客户经常在诊断日志中发现Automatic Table Maintenance相关的错误信息，如Automatic Table Maintenance, db2HmonEvalReorg，atmRefreshInfoTable，AutoStats，但是DB CFG中AUTO_MAINT的状态是OFF

Symptom

db2 get db cfg for <db_name> :

Automatic database backup (AUTO_DB_BACKUP) = OFF
Automatic table maintenance (AUTO_TBL_MAINT) = OFF
Automatic runstats (AUTO_RUNSTATS) = OFF

Automatic profile updates (AUTO_PROF_UPD) = OFF
