Workload management (WLM) in the WebSphere Proxy routes
requests to ports that are not part of the virtual host that
is configured for a web module.

The Workload management (WLM) code currently ignores the users
virtual host configuration for a web module. This results in
requests getting routed to ports that it should not be routing
to.

Problem conclusion

A new custom property,
IBM_CLUSTER_WLM_ENFORCE_VHOST_IN_WEBAPP,
was introduced. When set to true WLM will use the virtual host
configured on the application. By default the property is
false, in which case WLM will ignore the virtual host
configured on the application as it does currently.
