Problem

java.security.AccessControlException when attempting to display ITNM Network Views in TIP.

Symptom

After an upgrade of Java to version 1.8.0_74, selecting Network Views incorrectly displays "0 node(s)". Nothing is rendered anymore even though there are nodes to display.

Example:
network: Connecting fptwebt61.fpet-admin.pok.ibm.prv:
