Problem conclusion
When using SUBSTITUTE, if operand 2 (the string we are looking for) evaluates to none, clean up and return. This is can happen when the user specifies a value that is not present operands 1 encoding. Previously WTX would crash with an address exception. Delivered in: 8.3.0.6, 8.4.0.4, 8.4.1.1
