Problem
Unable to get property 'cloneNode' of undefined or null reference Creating a new report in Cognos Analytics prompts to choose a templatem, however clicking on the OK button will throw an error from the browser 'Unable to get property 'cloneNode' of undefined of null reference'. The problem is seen across Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome.
Symptom
Users will not be able to author new reports but they can edit an existing report.
