Error description
Customer is reporting a problem of WAS6.1 plugin. Their web clients cannot access DBCS URI through IBM HTTP Server for i (57xxDG1) This issue is very similar to APARs SE55987, PM44710 and PM65108.

Problem conclusion
The plugin will now use the appropriate encoding when it encodes the URI portion of the HTTP request. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 6.1.0.47.
