Problem
Installing the Tivoli Workload Scheduler and Dynamic Workload Console 9.2 (and their FixPacks) on Red Hat Enterprise 7 may lead to configuration/installation issues. Note: WebSphere supports Red Hat 7 starting from the version 8.5.5.3, so it is necessary to install WebSphere 8.5.5.3 before installing the TWS.
