PM88858: NESTED GROUPS NOT HANDLED CORRECTY USING XMLACCESS WHEN SPECIFIED WITH SHORT NAME

Error description

• Nested groups that are specified with shortname instead of full
  DN are not processed:
  <group action="update" name="wpsadmins">
  <member-group id="membergroup2" update="set" />
  </group>
  
  When running an XMLAccess script which contains nested groups,
  the following warning is received:
  
  EJPXA0060W: A user or group with ID [GROUP NAME] could not be
  retrieved from the portal datastore, possibly because it does
  not exist. Related member-group configuration data will not be
  updated.
  

Local fix

• Use distinguished names (DN) rather than short names in the XML
  for nested groups.
