Rational Change Interim Fix 1 for 5.2.0.8

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In 5.2.0.7, the characters in home page have been encoded in
  UTF-8 while parsing. But this got broken in 5.2.0.8 when the
  parsing mechanism changed from SAX to DOM. Hence with UTF 8
  characters, even if you are able to create and save home pages,
  the home page name and report name might not display the
  characters properly.
