  the sort program is no longer relevant.

  should be replaced by
  
  * MINIMUM MEMORY SIZE FOR EACH SORTS
  * THE BEST VALUE DEPENDS ON BOTH
  * THE INVOKED SORT PROGRAM AND ITS RELEASE.
  * THE DEFAULT VALUE IS SUITABLE FOR Z/OS DFSORT V1R10
  * FOR ANY OTHER SORT PROGRAM/RELEASE, TUNE THIS VALUE
