Error description

• BPA CRD Batch Job Abend.
  When BPA CRD job start in sampling mode, it attempts to reuse
  the same OPx buffer. If other DB2 monitoring activities are
  using the same buffer, the folowing abend may occur.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Premature BPA CRD job termination may be encountered if job has
  been started in sampling mode but other monitor occupied OPn
  buffer chosen by the BPA CRD job. That happened because BPA CRD
  task attempted to hold the same OPn buffer for several data
  collection sessions in sampling mode.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Code changed to use first available OPn buffer for every new
  BPA CRD data collection session.
