PM87092: IE 9 srollbars are disabled on CQ Web 8.0.0.6 child windows

Error description

Scrollbars on CQ Web 8.0.0.6 child / popup windows are not
working properly in Internet Explorer 9.
The bars cannot be pulled in vertical or horizontal direction to
scroll through text or items.
It is possible to scroll by clicking next to (or above/under)
the bar or by clicking the arrows at the bars ends. (still,
holding arrows down doesn't scroll)
If the popup window is a list of items, you can scroll after
selecting an item by using the arrow keys on the keyboard to go
up or down.

Problem was reproduced with IE 9.0.8112.16421 and CQ Web
8.0.0.06.00_2013A.D130307

IE 9 does not show the problem when connecting to CQ Web
7.1.2.4.
IE 7 (tested with version: 7.0.5730.13) is ok to CQ 8.0.0.6
Firefox works fine connecting to 8.0.0.6


To reproduce:
A - Open the Site Administration ? License Monitoring
 If needed, resize the window for the bar to appear
or
B - On SAMPL db modify a Defect record ? Customer field, press
Add
 'Search and Select Records' box shows the inactive scrollbars

Problem conclusion

A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.12 and 8.0.1.5.
ClearQuest Web scrollbars on child popup windows now function
properly.
