* USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for     *
*                 z/OS who generates a new ZPARM on DB2 9      *
*                 after applying DB2 APAR PM72026.             *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users receive an assembly error with    *
*                      RC=12 / Return Code 12 when using       *
*                      option '2  - Assemble and Linkedit      *
*                      DSNZPARM module' on panel ADB2Z2Z       *
*                      'System Parameters because a value      *
*                      for ZPARM SUBQ_MIDX was not             *
*                      provided.                               *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
Parameter SUBQ_MIDX was added to DB2 9 with APAR PM72026.  A
value for SUBQ_MIDX is required, but a value was not generated
by the DB2 Admin ZPARM function.
