  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for     *
  *                 z/OS who use the batch interface to Change   *
  *                 Management (CM batch).                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The following enhancement is            *
  *                      delivered:                              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      (a) Adds new function to CM batch.      *
  *                      CM batch now supports invoking the      *
  *                      DB2 Object Comparison Tool for          *
  *                      z/OS to compare a source and target     *
  *                      to define a change that can be          *
  *                      managed by DB2 Admin Change             *
  *                      Management.                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The following has been fixed:           *
  *                                                              *
  *                      (b) The use_defer_yes = 'Y'             *
  *                      parameter setting did not correctly     *
  *                      generate the DEFER YES clause           *
  *                      for CREATE INDEX statements.            *
  *                      The main symptom is the DEFER YES       *
  *                      clause does not exist in the            *
  *                      generated CREATE INDEX statements       *
  *                      when use_defer_yes = 'Y' is specified.  *

  The following enhancement is delivered:
  
  (a) Adds new function to CM batch.  CM batch now supports
  invoking the DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS to compare a
  source and target to define a change that can be managed by
  DB2 Admin Change Management.
  
  The following has been fixed:
  
  (b) The use_defer_yes = 'Y' parameter setting did not correctly
  generate the DEFER YES clause for CREATE INDEX statements.
  The main symptom is the DEFER YES clause does not exist in the
  generated CREATE INDEX statements when use_defer_yes = 'Y'
  is specified.
