    * RECOMMENDATION:  Ensure JAR archives used as bundles within  *
    *                  EBA applications do not contain entries     *

    *                  leading slashes, or apply fix.              *

    Malformed JAR archives containing entries with leading '/'s in
    EBA applications lead to unexpected behavior and FFDCs.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code affected by the malformed JAR entry has been updated to
    tolerate the presence of such entries without causing FFDCs.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 8.5.5.0 Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
