PM85592: Report that previously worked in CQM mode does not work in DQM mode

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• The report "Waterfall By NCOI, Plant Contribution or
  Manufacturing Costs" has been worked in CQM mode but not DQM
  mode. See attached screenshot for the error. I have also
  attached deployment file for both?CQM and DQM reports (same
  report just different packages).
