Problem
Failed to launch a test JVM with the current memory setting. Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Symptom
During a Test of Cognos service in Cognos Configuration :
[Launching a JVM using 'Maximum memory in MB]
[Error]: Failed launch a test JVM witrh the current memorry setting.
[Error]: JVMJ9VM015W Initialization error for library j9gc26(2): Failed to instantiate heap. 2G requested,
Error : Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error : A fatal exception has occured. Program wil exit.
