  Finalization of the setup was hanging when attempting to use
  a large LDAP registry. A flag was missing during the
  synchronization process.
  

Problem conclusion

• A specific flag needed to be passed along with the
  synchronization. This defect has been fixed in the Rational
  Software Architect Extension for Design Management 4.0.2
  release.
