Error description
Enhance OFFLOAD and RESTORE processing by: 1. Allowing multiple jobs to be spawned to perform the OFFLOAD/RESTORE processing to spread the work, even across multiple LPARs. 2. Performing dynamic volume selection so that the volumes processed by a task are not pre-defined but are dynamically selected. This allows load-balancing when some volumes take less time to process than others.
