• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' panel ADB21XAA
  'Alter Index - Add Columns' does not display the ColSeq column
  numerically.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the user alters an index to add    *
  *                      columns, the ColSeq column is out of    *
  *                      sequence on panel ADB21XAA 'Alter       *
  *                      Index - Add Columns' if the index       *
  *                      column number exceeds 9. When using     *
  *                      the ALT 'Alter Table ALT' line          *
  *                      command to redefine an index or use     *
  *                      the 'CRE - Create Object' line command  *
  *                      to create an index, the ColSeq column   *
  *                      is out of sequence on panel ADB21XAR    *
  *                      'Create/Redefine Index' when the index  *
  *                      column number exceeds 9.                *

  is out of sequence on panel ADB21XAA 'Alter Index - Add
  Columns' if the index column number exceeds 9. When using the

  the ColSeq column is out of sequence on panel ADB21XAR 'Create/
  Redefine Index' when the index column
  number exceeds 9.
