Error description

• The sequence is:
  1) UR1 from one member insert RID.
  2) UR2 from another member insert the same RID.
  3) UR1 start to rollback and try to UNDO #1 but failed.

  A necessary lower level locking such as row or page lock was
  skipped in a timing window during the insert process due to DB2
  referred to a residual locking flag.
  As a consequence, data regression could happen and cause various
  errors symptoms or data integrity.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code is modified to make sure we will clear up those locking
  flags to avoid referring to residual values.
