PM82745: GUI hangs and Eclipse crashes when User reorders an Operation more than 5 places without saving

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Forces us to not use link with model (which is useful) if we
  also are
  using diagrams
  
  
  
  Whenever User reorders an Operation more than 5 places without
  saving,
  RSART often hangs GUI and tool must close i.e. crashes.
  
  
  
  I attached a dump created when one user ran in to this today,
  while
  arranging attributes.
