APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Sort work dd is not generated correct. The message DDs are
generated correct but the SR#WK# work dds are generated wrong on
a job profile build, so these DDs are ignored when we run the
JCL and the sort is done without the specified Sort work
allocation.

Local fix

  • The following Datasets are required and will have to be
changed/added manually in the JCL.

//SR4AMSGS
//SORAMSGS
//SR0AWKnn
//SR4AWKnn
//SORAWKnn
nn - to be repeated from 01 to 99 based on number of DD needed
