Error description

  • GDG generation created on initial run not deleted when a TWSz
JOB or STEP restart is done.  A parsing error in the DATASTORE
causes some allocation messages issued by programs called from
the program on the STEP EXEC statement to be skipped.

A data set could not be present in the clean-up list, when
it is allocated in a jcl step following a step that allocates
data sets dynamically.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A missing initialization of a couple of fields caused the
DataStore to skip all the steps following the one that
allocated the data sets dynamically.
