Error description

  The start and end dates of an absence shift forward one day
  after saving a new absence for some time zones. This is because
  the Rest Service
  com.ibm.team.apt.internal.service.rest.ResourcePlanningRestServi
  ce
  sets the time of the absence to GMT noon. For all time zones
  GMT+12 hours, the date is shifted forward one day.
  
  ?To Reproduce?
  1. Set the time zone of your machine to e.g. (UTC+12:00)
  Auckland, Wellington.
  2. Login to a RTC server running on your machine, navigate to
  application administration --? Active Users and open an active
  user.
  3. Create a new Scheduled Absence. Say 6th February to 8th
  February.
  4. Click on save. You will see that the absence is shifted by
  one day. In this case 7th Feb to 9th Feb.
