PM81830: In Framework Manager 'Is Nullable' property value can be changed with an end result of an error message

Error description

• As per documentation "Is Nullable" property is read only and is
  only set at the database level.  However, user is able to change
  the property  by taking steps listed below:??- Create a
  calculation at the Namespace level and change its usage property
  to "attribute"?- In the "Is Nullable" property of this
  calculation user can change the value to "True".?- Following
  error results:?BMT-MD-0007 Property 'Is Nullable ' is
  read-only.??
