Error description

When using the Workload Classification XML Document to classify
WebSphere MQ Message Driven Bean workload in WebSphere
Application Server for z/OS, specifying the
'transaction_class' has no effect.  Instead, the default
'transaction_class' is used.

A programming error in the WebSphere MQ Message Driven Bean
code to parse the classification data for a particular message
resulted in the 'transaction_class' not being read correctly.
This was treated as if no 'transaction_class' was specified
and the default 'transaction_class' was used.

Problem conclusion

This APAR corrects the programming error and as a result, the
'transaction_class' specified for a particular classification
is used.

APAR PM81824 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
8.0.0.7 of WebSphere Application Server V8.0 and Fix Pack
8.5.5.1 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
