Error description
Abstract: Reportable REST HTTP response returns XML with ANSI encoding instead of UTF-8 Problem: The Reportable REST HTTP response is set to UTF-8 but the XML declaration is excluded. As a result the XML is encoded in ANSI (and missing the UTF-8 header), which then fails to be parsed in the JDBC driver. This throws a sax parser exception in the driver and ultimately the ETL run fails. Local fix: There is no known workaround at this time.
