  In this scenario, a minimum number of initial containers is
  satisfied, and placement is not suspended.  When you start a
  domain, where multiple containers with data are
  already established, you start a single container in either an
  additional zone or an additional machine where zones are not
  employed. The catalog service attempts to place all the
  replicas for the containers in the initial zone (or machine)
  on the new container. This scenario can overload the heap of
  that new container, and lead to an Out of Memory error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is provided to recognize the maximum number of shard
  replicas instead of the ideal shard count than an individual
  container can hold, to prevent overload.
