Error description

• Description:
  
  DOORS is unable to display the EMF diagrams when inserted as
  Image/Picture
  A black background around the picture is seen in DOORS.
  
  The same works fine from Microsoft Wordpad.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Insert the attached EMF file as picture in DOORS.
  2. You will see the black background around the picture.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that the product issue no longer
  occurs.
