Error description

• The following issues are addressed with this APAR:
  1. Incorrect severity for MSGCEX5069F (should be MSGCEX5069E ).
  2. Batch definition maintenance utility rejects PSB name list
     that starts with a numeric character when used in a routing
     list.
  3. Incorrect data transmitted to Operations Console GUI client
     for some ODBM sessions.
