Error description

• Change Management doesn't record correctly for moving existing
  objects under newly created objects.
  
  It looks like if the parent of the moved object is a new object,
  then the move will not be recorded. If you try to move existing
  objects under newly created objects, but ensuring that the newly
  created object is not the parent, the move will be recorded.
