Image Services: 121,99,1 occurs during federation

Troubleshooting


Problem

The Image Services error log reports a 121,99,1 error during federation after applying IS 4.1.2 FP14 or above.

Symptom

The Image services error log will log an error stating that the index 'Ex_docnumber' does not exist.

Error in GDBY_exec: SQLExecute, STMT 25176120 (&012f49b0) (..\src\GDBY.c, VERSION 4.1.2.0, @3698).
SQLSTATE = 42000, NativeError = 308,
ErrorMsg = '[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Index 'Ex_docnumber' on table 'export_log' (specified in the FROM clause) does not exist.'

If the IS server is not being used for federation, there is no impact.
