Error description

• The ILE RPG live parser is not always recognizing the end of a
  dcl-ds statement causing prompting on following lines not to
  work as expected
  
  The issue will occur when a dcl-ds uses a LIKEREC or LIKEDS
  keyword, neither of which use an end-ds to end the statement.
  Statement auto complete and code assist prompting on subsequent
  lines can be affected.
