SNMP data displays as HEX characters, instead of ASCII

Troubleshooting

Problem

While receiving SNMP data using an Agent Builder agent, there are cases where trap values don't contain ASCII characters, but HEX strings like 0x5665727920486967680a54656d7065726174757265.

Symptom

In case there is a character carriage return (i.e. ASCII 13) included in the SNMP trap, the agent does not show the value as English string, but some code like 0x... The same can occur for SNMP MIB data. Events to Omnibus are also impacted.
