APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is an issue when using the management REST API
  with basic authentication. In this case, checkUserRole in the
  IlrRequestFilter always returns true because the user is not
  logged in yet.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The basic authentication of the execution server management
  REST API does not work properly. This issue was due to filter
  in the servlet side which always return true when the user is
  not logged yet.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed.
