Error description

• With  ODM 8.7.1 Decision Center on JBoss 6.3 EAP, when defining
  a simulation with the Business Console, after creating metric,
  KPI and data, the creation of the Report format ends up with
  error message "Premature end of file"
  and below exception in the logs:

• The file generation used to create KPI is buffered and the
  buffer is not flushed before saving , this lead to  incomplete
  files.
