APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Install ODM 8.6 or 8.7
  Start RD with the following command:
  eclipse -nl fr_FR
  Rule Designer should start in French, like it was in 8.5.1, but
  remains in English. Same issue also occurs for other languages,
  such as Japanese or Chinese.
  
  Also, the WAS Management Console starts in English, while it
  was starting in the localized language in previous versions.
  

Local fix

• Workaround1 :
  Before installation, modify all of the installer response files
  (all the XXXsilent.xml files in /disk1/responsefiles) to
  replace <data key='cic.selector.nl' value='en'/> by  <data
  key='cic.selector.nl' value='fr, es, it, en, de, nl, pl, pt_BR,
  ru, ja, ko, zh, zh_TW'/>
