APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ODM 8.0.1 Rule Designer get BOM build errors "[B2X] Cannot find
  execution class "CLASS_NAME" for translating business class
  "CLASS_NAME"" although the XOM project has not been changed and
  the referred missing class exists without error.
  Disabling menu project automatic build and building or cleaning
  project one at a time limits the occurence frequency of this
  error. But the error may still arise and necessitates several
  rebuild before recoverimg an errorless BOM.
  

Local fix

• Repeat project clean till the error vanishes
  

Problem summary

• During the build an IlrReflect is built and shared, There is a
  race condition where thread are trying to use the reflect
  instance when other are trying to free it.
