Additional Symptom:
Transit reports can also produce incorrect Total and Processing
elapsed times, either a very large positive or negative number.

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

ABEND0C7 in module IPIPLOGT at offset +9F4 caused by new IMS
V8 field QLGUCCBO in type 31 QLOGGETU log record. SUBQ 6 time
(QLGUSQ6T) is incorrect because of the resultant offset change.
IMS PA uses SUBQ 6 to remove wait time from transaction
processing time. The incorrect SUBQ 6 is causing processing
time to be calculated as a negative number, causing the ABEND0C7
